Kadijah M. Jenkins, MBA
Founder & Chief Strategist
Kadijah is a systems-level strategist with more than a decade of experience strengthening organizations across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She founded Yevara Strategies to help organizations navigate complexity and change with greater clarity, structure, and direction.
She has received formal recognition from the Governor of New York and the New York State Legislative Women’s Caucus for her leadership and public service contributions. She also holds an MBA and a graduate certificate in Organizational Leadership and Change Management, as well as a BS in Business Administration and Management.
